Hi all! I have tried to use SSH agent forwarding to connect to a remote system by public key authentication. In such remote machine the pam_mount is configured in order to mount a directory by means of SSHFS. However, it seems that the SSH agent forwarding doesn't works against the SSHFS remote server. The goal is to use just only one private key, instead of having two (one to login to the remote system, and the other one to mount the SSHFS directory). Does anyone knows if is it possible to use SSH agent forwarding in order to login to a remote system and, at the same time, mount a remote directory by using pam_mount and SSHFS? What I have discovered is that if I use a new key pair in the remote SSH server, pam_mount works and mounts the SSHFS directory; but not with just only one key pair and agent forwarding. Serg |
