#536 OWLMaker: Saving corrupts file (regression in Build 5762)

Due to a regression in CoolPrj [r5749], as part of ongoing work on "Unicode support in CoolPrj" [feature-requests:#54], OWLMaker Build 5762 and later may corrupt a file when saving it.

This issue was fixed in [r5972].
