#526 CoolPrj pollutes the global namespace

The CoolPrj extension library should have its own namespace, e.g. "coolprj", "cool", or "ocp" (OWLNext Cool Project). Exposed macros should either be eliminated (ideally) or prefixed, e.g. by "COOLPRJ_", "COOL_" or "OCP_".

This issue has now been fixed [r7396].

Resolution: CoolPrj is now encapsulated within the new CoolPrj namespace.
