The member TApplication::CurrentException was added in 6.40 in the course of adding exception transport support [bugs:#230] [r1692]. However, the new member was not initialised in the TApplication constructor, causing sporadic crashes when ResumeThrow subsequently triggers on an invalid value of CurrentException.
