#566 Special upload folder

I created a "special upload folder to allow anybody to upload a document to this folder but not retain ownership of the file"
I would like to be able to propagate this function to all sub directories; there a solution?

Good point!

I can't think of a solution for now, other than to prevent creation of Folders within that folder.

Might want to log this as a bug/feature enhancement. I guess that New folders should take the ownership as set by the feature.
