#23 Not sending notifications after upgrade

Hi!

After upgrading from 0.948 to MAX-1.1.0, our OPT
stopped sending notification e-mails when requests
change, etc. It doesn't even outputs the text about the
notifications sent (as it did in 0.948).

The "mail" commmand from PHP is working fine in our system.

Do you know where can I look about it, debug it or
whatever?

What is the value of the 'notify' global setting? (Admin |
Settings menu)

The value was correct. I've now updated to 1.2.0 and notify
works correctly.
