#46 Task predecessors

I think it would be very useful if I could specify one or
more predecessors for a task and set their relationships
(cannot start before the end of other task, must
complete before the end of task, etc.)

I realize this might be difficult to implement, relatively,
however I think it would greatly enhance the usability of
the Outreach for bigger projects.

This is request/suggestion is from me (martin@altarinteractive.
com). I would really like to know if you think this is possible
and how much work it would be. We are a software
development company, so we might be able to do some work
ourselves.

It seems feasible. One risk would be that adding these
types of business contraints on tasks could cause problems
for users who don't need that type of feature. As long as
these constraints are optional for a task, I don't see a
problem however.

I would be happy to look at any patches you could provide
implementing this feature. I currently don't have the time
to work on it myself.
