#39 CVS repository browsing and commit log integration with task

For software teams using OPT for project management and
CVS for configuration management, integration of OPT
with CVS would be handy.

Ideally this would include two features:
1) Per-project CVS repository viewing from OPT with
access control.
2) CVS commit trigger to allow matching commits to OPT
tasks. This would provide traceability between an
initial request through to a task and then to the code
changes performed to complete it.
