#95 Caldavsync "forgets" existing dav profiles when changing the data store folder

He Guys!

Dont know if this is a bug or a small enhancement, but here we go:

When having existing calender profiles stored on the local profile and check setting "store data in roaming folder" caldavsync creates a new EMPTY seetings folder in the users roaming folder. At tne next outlook start caldvsync read form the emty roaming folder and has "forgotten" the already existing dav profiles.

A much better behaviour would be:
Having already existing dav profiles in the lokal users profile and checking "store data in roaming folder" would result in copying the dav profiles from the lokal folder to the users roaming folder IF the caldav roaming folder is created for the first time!
