Here is a webpage that is not declaring the character set. This would
be horrible for a new user. Hint its not UTF-8 or ISO 8859-5.....

No pressure on me though, no pressure at all..... hehehe

I about have every thing back up an working, the rewrite of the config
is taking longer than I banked on because I am writing classes for the
form elements.

I also got my study guide for the ZEND PHP cert, I am learning some
things that I did not know....
