First thoughts are we will need an additional column in the _Users table, say Access, that can be one of at least three values: 1, Admin, can view / edit all, and make changes to the user definition tables. 2, Internal, can view / edit all, and make changes to the contacts and AR and billing records. 3, External, can view only AR's billing and WR's where they are registered as a contact for the company the record relates to. and create WR's but will not have the opportunity to change the company or contact detail on the WR to anything other than themselves. It might be better to create a database containing a menu system that will enable or suppress elements depending on access level.
