Yes this is true, but UTF-8 _is_ ISO 10646. Let me explain. They are bit for bit identical. Everything that works with that ISO will work with UTF-8. The question is, how will a search engine or futures user agent handle such a vauge statement. If I want all user agents in the future to understand the language desired I will have to force it upon them in a standard way. Just beat Halo2. Weak ending if I do say so. Back to work until the Lan party. I am working on the setup and am going to implement the language system at the minimum until I am happy with the standards.
