John, Newborn billing is working for us. I remember a problem when the billing module was being built a couple years ago, but it was fixed and tested and our bills are not getting rejected.=20 I haven't been overseeing the billing for a year or so, so I forget the details, but maybe you could call Nancy our office manager (604-731-0018) and she could tell you want we do.
