Hi Laura
I am in my own group, I named it "Dr M Chan", and I am the only provider in this group.

Hi Monica,
What "group" are you in on the far right side of your screen at the top?

I just started using Oscar EMR in August. I am noticing something interesting with the scheduling. Since I am a new user, I am not sure if it is me, or a bug with the program, and will appreciate any feedback.
Specifically, when my secretary book patients, and it is usually if we double book patients, sometimes the second patient in that time slot will not show any of the links, i.e. E2/E/In/B/M/Rx. These usually show up automatically when we book patients. This problem is recurrent, but not every double booked patient will have this issue. I asked my secretary, and she said she make the appointments the same way for all patients.
If the links do not show up, in order for me to go to the encounter page, I will have to go search for the patient's name, and then click on the "E" to get to the encounter.
For the patients appointments who did not show the links, after I bill them, the "green" color for the appointment usually does not change to the "blue" billed colour. However, the odd time it still changes to blue, which is very confusing for me to track if I have completed my billings and charts.
Any feedback and advice will be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much in advance.
Regards
Monica
