We are using a Windows network, receiving Excellaris and would love to be automated. Any pointers as to how to go about this? Yes it is a 4 step procedure that the guy from Excellaris who comes out to set you up gives you the instructions for. It is not too onerous but if it could be automated to one mouse click and then an upload into Oscar this would be easier.
