I personally like to use Consult for the reason of work flow control. We are
planning on releasing a "Task" tab on the appointment screen where you can
send a task to a psedo-user, e.g. team A receptionists, then all the
receptionists associated with this will have the Task tab changed to red.
The system keeps track of the "conversations" until it is "deleted" (i.e.
archived). Does that sound like it will help with this flow flaw problem?
