Hi Hagir, It is not the configuration issue. I can get the fax out no problem, but in the combined pdf, the first page is missing patient gender and appointment notes. It is my version that missing gender and appointment notes, but in the deb version 12.1.2.68_QApatch2, the gender is there but the appointment notes is not.
