Hi Tom,
I am not in front of my code atm but I can confirm that my consult does
have the gender listed on 1st page.
One thing to keep in mind is that there are multiple properties that are
needed for faxing to be enabled. Peter' deb has them all if you choose to
enable faxing on install time.
If this is not a properties issue, then a screenshot could be helpful.
