Easy... You go to admin then to Manage Teleplan then find the area with Update Billing Codes and press the Submit Query just below... You should get a list of new items - trick - wait till the bottom of the list allows you to print (that means they are all downloaded) Finally zoom up to the top and select "update codes" One final item.... If you have a lot of small $ BG code errors in your rejections these can be fixed by selecting the "Settle Over/Under paid Claims" (under the Admin level) BUT!!!! This will bring the billing to 0 and settle the billing - MAKE SURE that all the bills ONLY have BG issues BEFORE you run this! So if you have another issue fix it first and then run the bg...
