#119 Environmental conditions missing in Critical information view

Similar to https://sourceforge.net/p/optflux/bugs/110/, in the critical reactions/genes views sometimes the environmental conditions linkage are missing. With this, the view does not show that the critical information was calculated with an env cond, which is wrong and misleading.
Despite our first idea, that the datatype's loading order could be the problem's origin, now we think that the problem is in the manager since the serialized object has already a wrong link to the env cond.
