#110 Environmental Conditions disappear from simulation after loading

Sometimes after loading the workspace some environmental conditions disappear from a simulation that was performed with that item. I guess the reason for this is on the data loading order. If a simulation that has a env.cond. associated is loaded first than that env.cond. then the association is lost.
