Hi all.
I believe Im getting a wrong optimization result when using multiobjective functions.
Basically, I have an environmental condition where I set the maximum substrate consumption to -50, and in one of the optimization results it consumes -71 and in another it consumes -57.
I have printed the images to help out! I Used MOMA and a reference flux of a Knockout simulation.
This is kinda urgent......!!
Cheers

    Hi Carla.

Thank you for the bug report.
We think we solved the problem and it will not be present in the next release.

Nonetheless we have some questions about your optimization configuration and the results.

First, why did you use the exact same objective function? Since they are the same, two BPCY with the same biomass, target and substrate, the optimization is considered as single objective.

About the result, the ones that you shown had UNKNOWN as solution type? In the images the solution type is "Not available" but that field is sometimes erased when OptFlux is closed and thus we cannot know which type was.
We guess your result's type was UNKNOWN since all our tests resulted in that. If your results had that type then this problem will not occur in the next release since we will ignore all the UNKNOWN solutions.

If you had a different solution type please reply and thank you again for the report.
