Does /media/card/packages/etc/init.d/quickexec exist on your Z?

root@edzaurus:~# ipkg search /media/card/packages/etc/init.d/quickexec
sharp-compat-libs - 0.5-r2 - /media/card/packages/etc/init.d/quickexec

I'd do a force-overwrite force-reinstall of sharp-compat-libs.
