[openxdas-devel] log4j Appender for OpenXDAS

All,

I checked in a log4J appender to the OpenXDAS project. It was used in IDM =
User Application to insulate developers from the low level details of =
getting audit events routed. Developers can send audit event to OpenXDAS =
through the popular log4j API and also take advantage of other log4j =
features.  For example, the auditing output can be configured to go to the =
console, and/or OpenXDAS client by editing the log4j configuration file.

Hopefully this can be leveraged by other community members of the OpenXDAS =
project.
