#80 Networkplaces extension breaks when updated

Awlad updated the networkplaces module to use apache-commons-vfs instead of adito-commons-vfs and created a new SFTP networkplace type:

The changes work just fine, but only if a new Adito database is created. If an old database is used, configured networkplaces disappears entirely from the UI and new ones can't be created (the networkplace type drop-down list is empty).

This _might_ be database-related.
