I just downloaded the latest version of OpenSong 2.1.2. I cannot import the HTML songs from my older version of Open Office. Is there a way that I can do this? Every time I hit Import It says, The CCLI website has changed significantly. The function is broken. When will this be fixed? In the mean time is there an older functioning version of OpenSong I can download anduse?

I am not quite sure what you are trying to do.
There is no import for html files in OpenSong. In fact, there is no import for Songs, which are not in OpenSong's native format already at all.
You might want to try the seperate utility OpenSong Import which you can download from https://sourceforge.net/projects/opensong/files/Utilities/
(I havn't used this app myself, I only know of it's existence)
Unless you have a large collection of songs, probably the best approach to get the songs into OpenSong is copy and paste into OpenSong's song editor.
There is no older function of OpenSong that includes newer changes for the CCLI website changes.
This can be fixed by someone that has a CCLI license and is willing to contribute to the codebase of OpenSong. As far as I know, none of the current developers have a CCLI license or other means of access to SongSelect.
Although ... a quick checks seems to suggest that it is possible to get a free account (without the need for a CCLI license) to access Public Domain songs. That might enable fixing the import.
CCLI is very protective of theire resources in SongSelect and make it intentionally hard to get at these resources, even if you have a payed account.
Until recently there was the possibility to download a file especially intended for import into lyrics presentation programs, although no api, or canonical way to download the file other than by clicking a link in a pull-down menu in their website existed (or rather, were known to me). I used to convert those .usr-files by means of a perl script, which worked fine.
CCLI redesigned their SongSelect site and abandoned the computing friendly format for quote "For many years, CCLI provided a specific format (USR files) for other companies to use to freely copy song lyrics from SongSelect into their program. For better security, CCLI made the decision to no longer allow the USR file format to be openly copied." SongSelect New Features and FAQ’s
The new API mentioned there and in other places is not free. My attempts to get information about it were not successfull yet (I did not get any response when using their support contact form on the web or by writing e-mails to support.)
I finally got a response from the German subsidiary, but will have to follow up in order to hopefully get some useful hard facts.
From what I glean from various sources, you have to sign a contract and pay money to use the API. Each conditions excludes OpenSong from access, because Opensong is neither a legal entity that was able to enter a contract, nor does OpenSong have any moneyto pay for it.
So I guess, the only way forward will probably be to leech the information needed directly from the html of the web page, which will probably continue to be fragile and break easily.
