In OpenSong you start the presentation by clicking on the button Present in the set editor, or for a single song, on the song editor, in the main window. Hi Most likely, the page size in Print Settings got corrupted. Go to Settings · Print Settings… · Tab Margins Click the button Page Settings Select your page size and enter the margins, then click Ok Back in the Print Settings page verify your settings. They should display in inches. Then confirm by clicking the Ok button. Does this solve your problem? Can you print again?
Is it this you are seeing: overlapping/pushed together lyrics? I don't know about the final poster's suggestion to use font Arabic Transparent, but a different font will behave differently. Also different resolutions lead to different results. In general, the misalignment is strongest in lo res preview and generally is much better in a print out or a pdf file. If all else fails, I am pretty sure a monospaced font will lead to a readable output.
