#325 horizontal scroll bar in song editor

For smaller monitors (Netbooks) is harder to edit songs - add chords ... because the longer lines wrap line and can not align the chords with the text (adding spaces at the end of the line not shown in next wraped line).
The solution to reduce the font usually works, but then hurt the eyes.
Therefore, I asked to add a horizontal scroll bar in the text box in song editor.
