between this page's title, and it's contents, there is a bar with tabs. The second tab from the left is titled "Files". Click on it.
You will see a list with folder icons. The first line in that line reads OpenSong. Click on that Name. It is a link the takes you to the next list, with that folder's contents, You must click on the text, which acts as a link. you cannot click anywhere in the table row to navigate.
This next page again shows a list of if items with a folder icon to their left, except the first entry which reads "Parent Folder" and shows an arrow, coming from left and bending to point upward. This one takes you back to the previous page. All other lines have version numbers as their caption. Click on the highest version number (or if you are looking for a specific version, on that version).
Now you are on a page with the list of all the files related to that version of OpenSong. The top most entry, readme.md, is what is shown on that page below the list. The rest of the list are distribution packages for the various supported operating system types, including an archive with the source code for OpenSong. You were searching for an .exe, so click on that link, e.g. OpenSong-3.4.8.exe
you are now taken to sourceforge's download page, where you typically have to wait a little while until the download actually starts.
