#366 Linux print quality is very poor

When printing a song either to a physical printer or to a PDF file, the text has the appearance of a very low-resolution image that has been scaled up to fit the page (see attachment).

    Agree. It looks like 150 DPI or less. Unfortunately, installing it in Wine doesn't help -- there is problem with printing. So, I had to install Windows in VirtualBox and only this way I can print with high quality.
    I think this problem can be solved by bumping up the output resolution within OpenSong for Linux. But, who will do it?

    Update: still an issue on v2.1.2.

    I also notice that even when printing directly to a PDF (via cups) the resulting file is an image, not text embedded within a PDF. So it seems the chord chart is converted to an image before printing rather than being printed as formatted text. This certainly contributes to the low-res problem.
