Re-factor the intra-node poll loop in a similar was as was done with the inter-node poll loop in ticket [#2240] (remove the fixed-size poll vector with epoll). The DTM_INTRANODE_MAX_PROCESSES configuration will no longer be needed as a result of this change, and shall be removed.
