#1468 log: Update PR document with changes from latest enhancements

The Programmers Reference needs to be updated with the changes and ned features introduced via the following tickets:
[#1316], [#1393], [#593] and [#1288]

Summary:
* Some existing configuration attributes has been made possible to change in runtime
* New configuration attributes has been added e.g. default format string for application logs
* New tokens has been added for timezone and milliseconds
* A new IMM runtime class for creating a runtime object showing log configuration

Also verification has been fixed and added. Description of valid configuration data

Note:
Ticket #1316 is a refactoring of the log server configuration handling that implemnts some significant internal changes. These changes does not affect the log service behaviour from a user perspective and should not be described in this doument. A description of the changes and new mechanisms can be found in the log server README file.
