#19 YUV Playback does not work on Mac OS X

Playing back YUV colour models always causes SDL to crash - sadly there is no better debug information for the reason of the crash.

I used to think this was a problem with SDL but I have just successfully used mplayer on Mac OS X - which also uses SDL...
