The software cannot be opened normally

Hello, after installing a new version of the software (v0.12.0), OPGU cannot run normally in my WIN10. Open it and exit. GTK3 is also installed. My notebook is HP8460P. I don't know what the problem is, as shown in the figure

It's no good to reinstall the system. My system is WIN10 64bit

Difficult to say what is wrong.
GTK3 runtime is responsible for drawing controls; maybe a different version than the one linked?
Should be 64bit, although 32bit would not even load a window ...
You may try other GTK3 software to be sure.
Or install the build environment (MSYS2) and try from there.

I installed MSYS2 and with some difficulty managed to compile the source to produce opgui.exe
This file behaves the same as the precompiled binary - opens a blank window, waits, then quits.

I may have found the problem.

I'm not sure why but removing this line from opgui.c makes it work on my PC

        gtk_combo_box_set_active_id(GTK_COMBO_BOX(devTypeCombo), GROUP_ALL); 

I've attached a new binary for you to try.

yes , with this opgui.exe, from Tim Steele works on win 10 -64 bit
