I put R11 to R23 at 240 ohm . because 5v/240ohm=20ma , the maximum I out of every pin of F2550.
I tested about 3 years on about more than 100mcu's different kind and work ireprosable.
(it is true there is an recomandation of microcip to not exced 100 ohm on data line....but I prefer that)

the inductor is the pump of vpp voltage for 13 V recured for pic VPP and you can change them for simple resistor.
