And I'm using: > /opt/sys/openocd/bin/openocd --version Open On-Chip Debugger 0.9.0-dev-00358-gd3c2679-dirty (2016-01-11-16:24) --- ** [tickets:#171] SVF crashes with 5 CPLDs** **Status:** new **Milestone:** 0.9.0 **Created:** Wed Dec 20, 2017 04:04 PM UTC by Maarten Brock **Last Updated:** Wed Dec 20, 2017 04:08 PM UTC **Owner:** nobody **Attachments:** - [OpenOCD bugtrace.txt](https://sourceforge.net/p/openocd/tickets/171/attachment/OpenOCD%20bugtrace.txt) (21.2 kB; text/plain) OpenOCD crashes when I want to program one of five CPLDs in a JTAG chain. When I have four or less, it just works. I have 5 XC9572XL devices on my board in a chain. And I'm using the GPIO on a Xilinx Zynq through sysfs gpio from linux. I let Xilinx iMPACT generate an SVF file for programming a single device. OpenOCD does detect all 5 devices but when it comes to programming it crashes with some error about free() finding an invalid next size. When I use an original Xilinx Platform Cable USB II I can program all devices without a problem. --- Sent from sourceforge.net because ope...@li... is subscribed to https://sourceforge.net/p/openocd/tickets/ To unsubscribe from further messages, a project admin can change settings at https://sourceforge.net/p/openocd/admin/tickets/options.
