Please provide full -d3 log, the data you showed is not enough. Also
please provide details about your connection, specifically about the
reset line, it must be physically connected between the adapter and
the target and you should have reset_config srst_only to tell OpenOCD
it should use it. Do not mix TRST and SRST, you're only interested in
SRST.
