I think it took me about three days. But I was completely unfamiliar with the openocd code, and I have not written the RTOS myself, so on both sides I had to do quite some digging to see how things are done. The code itself is pretty straight forward. There are about 5 functions that need to be implemented, and there are enough other implementations to take inspiration from. So... not too much work I would say, especially if you have written the RTOS yourself.
