I'm sure this driver has many problems, both stylistic and technical, but it seems to be working well enough that I can use it with the SAMV71 Xplained Ultra evaluation board. I only added definitions for the SAMV71Q21 chip on that board; the rest of the family can be added as needed. I wasn't sure what to call this driver, since it will be equally applicable to the SAMV7x and SAMS7x chips, so I went with samv7 for lack of a better idea. I just started with the SAM4 driver and modified register addresses as needed, as well as simplified it in a few places because this chip family only has one flash bank.
