The problem is that when tar.bz2 files are untarred with e.g. 7Zip then you get
non-working result. To reduce confusion I wanted to use .7z which is 50% smaller
*and* does not cause a failure w/Windows GUI tools...

With Windows I have to choose between sucky solutions and
.7z sucked the least I guess...
