FYI - the iMX27 has a 1.8V jtag pins, and wants/likes/needs RTCK.

Olimex JTAG Tiny (costs less) I think is 3.3V only.

Olimex page claims: 2.0 to 5.0V - If I open the case, I do not see any 
level shifters.

In contrast, Signalyzer (costs more) does not explicity state voltage ranges
