it is fixed on the codesoucery gdb branch, just not made it to main cvs head
yet.
It is all down to gdb not understanding the feature
"org.gnu.gdb.arm.core-v7m", when it does we will not have to patch openocd.

just a matter of patching gdb's arm-tdep.c, or use codesoucery's gdb.
