I'm waiting for my pxa255 board to be returned from getting the processor replaced (I don't have a hot air rework machine handy). Seems that power sequencing or AC leakage or some other unknown or even ESD (although we DO have a static free work area and take all precautions) caused my Olimex TINY dongle to fry the PXA on my board :-( Will test Xscale things once again as soon as I am able.
