[opennms-discuss] OTRS Ticketer plugin broken(?)

Hi,



Previously on OTRS 5 and OpenNMS <19 the otrs ticketer plugin was
functioning, currently on OTRS 6 and OpenNMS 22 this is no longer the case.
When the plugin is installed and all instructions are being followed I get
the following error when trying to create a ticket from the alarm page:

If I interpret this correctly, OpenNMS is sending '
http://www.otrs.org/TicketConnector/TicketCreate' where '
http://www.otrs.org/TicketConnector/#TicketCreate' is expected by OTRS.



Is there a way I can manually insert the missing ‘#’ if this is what’s
needed to satisfy OTRS?
