mib2opennms is only for converting SNMP traps into OpenNMS events. For
actually collecting data, you have to know the OIDs that you want to collect
and manually edit datacollection-config.xml. Instead of deciphering the MIB
yourself, try using a MIB browser like Mbrowser

you load the Applied Innovations MIBs into your MIB path.
