It's the IPMI LAN channel you want to use to send the trap.  Some 
systems have more than one channel, but if the system supports LAN 
channels it will be on a channel chosen by the manufacturer.  "0xe" will 
probably not work.

A domain supports more than one connection, you need to read the 
documentation on that.  Generally there is only one, so you use zero.
