[openhl-client] Finally got WText!

I finally got the newest WASTE wrapper classes for PowerPlant so I can start
adding new features without worrying about having to rewrite. I did some
work on the LViewDivider to make it draw correctly and display the right
cursors. I also started adding an event log window that will display time
stamped events like when you connected, name changes, messages, etc...
A few more developers joined the team too.
