[openhl-client] cvs and webpage

Well, I finally got the source code into the cvs server thanks to a lot of
help from the sourceforge team. This means more developers will be able to
contribute to the project, and it will go a lot smoother. The OpenHL webpage
(http://openhl.sourceforge.net) has also been updated. We still need more
developers on the project, so get the word out.
