I am using Windows NT server 4.
When I tried to run or install OpenGatekeeper, I get
the following error :

The ordinal 283 could not be located in the dynamic
library ptlib.dll.

The follwing dlls have been copied in /winnt/system

- PWLib.dll (1.1.34.0)
- PTLib.dll (1.1.34.0)
- OpenH323.dll (1.5.6.0)

I get the same message about ordinal 283. I'm using pwlib
and OpenH323 from the following files:

pwlib_20010810_win32_zip
openh323_20010811_win32.zip

I had this problem. It seems you need a different version
of the DLLs:

PTLIB 1.1pl36
PWLIB 1.1pl36
