Feature needs research and external help for IM webcam
protocols (Yahoo, for instance). Moving to low priority.

I believe in programs like ICQ they spawn programs such as
netmeeting?

I'm not sure how you would do it, but it could be as simple
as...

In windows calling netmeeting with the proper arguments.

In Linux/*nix running gnomemetting with the proper arguments.

For example sending them call://ip_of_contact/ or whatever.
